Fur Stitch

The new Fur Stitch creates multiple layers of a jagged satin stitch effect that repeats through the shape, effectively mimicking animal and bird fur. A digitizer typically needs to spend a lot of time to place stitches manually, vary the stitch length and create the randomness to replicate the natural look of fur, and with the Fur Stitch, it is now done automatically in one step!

E-Stitch

So called because it creates a stitch which looks like the letter "E" along a line or a shape, this stitch is widely used in appliqué . It is also very useful in creating embroidery designs like leaves and flowers and feathers. You can also apply E-Stitch along a line, in a satin path or even in a complex fill shape.

Cascade Stitch

A series of concentric stitches that fill a shape along its contour, the cascade stitch is useful in designs where an aesthetic, hand sewn look is desired. Used with the programmed run, the cascade stitch creates a very textured fill.

Programmed Run Arrange

Create a pattern and vary the distribution of the pattern over a line. Based on the parameters you select, a single pattern will have different distribution styles over a line, resulting in brand new patterns that are quite distinct from each other.

Taping, Cording and Coiling

Taping, Cording and Coiling are unique embroidery effects created using special embroidery heads available only on some Tajima machines.

The embroidery head twists the upper thread and lower fiber/yarn together to create the unique coiling stitch, and then attaches it on the fabric with stitches. Taping effect is the attaching of fabric tape or yarn on fabric, creating a new type of embellishment.

Tajima DG/ML by Pulse can easily create Coiling and taping embroidery using just the simple Run stitch, and special machine commands to activate machine functions, thus saving hours of manual effort. No more detailed stitch editing to set up machine commands- now you can do it in the outline mode itself.

Pull Designs using Bar Code

This great new feature works with certain LAN enabled Tajima machines to pull designs automatically from Librarian Enterprise Server. A machine operator simply scans the production worksheet that has barcodes printed on and the design is pulled instantly from the Design spooler, or from Librarian Server. This feature saves a huge amount of time and effort in locating and sending designs to the machine, and reduces operator error.
